These Terms of Use govern your use of Edgepoint Solutions LLC websites, services, and the Meeting Intelligence application. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple, billing and cancellation are handled by Apple through your App Store account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal.
If you use your own API keys with third-party AI providers, you are responsible for provider costs, account security, and compliance with provider terms.
If you choose an AI-powered analysis provider, transcript text and related meeting metadata may be sent to the selected provider for analysis after your explicit consent. For details on providers, endpoints, and user controls, see our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use services for unlawful purposes.
AI-generated transcriptions and insights may contain errors or omissions. Outputs are provided for informational support only and do not replace human judgment.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgepoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms periodically. Updates will be posted at /terms with a revised effective date.
